We want to make your shopping experience at Melissa Histon Photography a pleasant and satisfying one. As you browse through our Shop you can add items to your Shopping Cart by simply clicking on the Buy Now button. You can remove unwanted items later on if you wish.
All products are priced in Australian dollars and can be shipped all over the world. Our shipping charges include full insurance for your complete protection and peace of mind.
Most of our products can be customised with a corporate logo, making them perfect to use as corporate or executive gifts, motivational gifts and promotional products.
Melissa Histon Photography accepts all major credit cards and PayPal via our Secure Server.
If at any time you have a query, or experience a problem, please contact us and we will endeavour to solve the issue immediately.
Freight and Delivery
Small and Large Limited Edition Prints: All prints are individually printed to order and each one is a registered, signed and numbered masterpiece. Every large Limited Edition Print has to be inspected and signed by Melissa personally so some delays can occur when working around Melissa’s photographic schedule. Prints are delivered 14 days from the date your order is placed.
What if my order is later than expected?
If your order hasn’t reached you within 15 business days, the best first step is to contact your local post office in case they are holding the package for you. You’d be surprised how often this is the case!
If you feel that your order is taking much longer than it should, and your local post office was not able to help, contact us and we’ll see what we can do. When contacting us, please let us know your order number and the full correct delivery address so we can help you as soon as possible.
Every framed print is professionally packaged and fully insured from our door to yours. In the unlikely event that damage should occur in transit, we will have the print collected from you and replaced with a perfect one at no additional charge to you. Our goal is to resolve any problem quickly and to your complete satisfaction.
Overseas Shipping Policy
Melissa Histon prints and products can be shipped all over the world. Our shipping charges include full insurance for your complete protection and peace of mind.
Freight charges will be automatically added to your total once the shipping details have been completed during the checkout process.
All Limited Edition Prints are delivered via courier within Australia or via Fedex for overseas orders.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as goods which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
Please note: Once an order has been produced and shipped – cancellations will incur a fee of up to 100% of payments made.
The utmost care is taken with the packing all of our orders. Sometimes however, accidents or errors may occur. Notification of faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by our Sales Department within 48 hours of your parcel being delivered. Should your delivery contain a damaged or faulty item, we will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner. What about customs?
As customs rules in various countries can frequently change, this can cause delays, and at times, additional charges imposed by the receiving country. While we take all reasonable steps to comply with general world shipping standards, Melissa Histon Photography is not liable for any additional customs taxes or duties, or if any specific item was prohibited or confiscated by the receiving country.
It is recommended that you investigate the relevant local laws in your country.
Can I send a gift to someone else?
Absolutely! The ‘billing’ address must be your own, however you can choose a different ‘delivery’ address.
Please note, because we email your payment confirmation and receipt it’s also a good idea to use your own email address.
How will my ordered Gifts be packaged?
Photographic prints arrive mounted in on white board and boxed flat.
We are currently unable to personalise any orders that are purchased as gifts with a message or gift wrapping.

As a visitor to this site you are agreeing that anonymous data will be exchanged from your web browser to our servers, and that our server will transmit data to yours. Information supplied for orders is used exclusively to contact you regarding the initiation of your order. The only email you will receive will be related to the status of your order or service.
